Description

Bringing a new meaning to luxury waterfront living, Shepherds Bay Meadowbank by Holdmark offers prime apartments in the area’s most thriving living precinct. Enjoying stunning views outside of A-Tech Australia’s own designed, manufactured and installed windows, we were able to deliver beyond expectation for builders, residents and investors alike.

Over 9 stages, the precinct’s developments were executed step by step, to guarantee efficiency and minimal disruption. Shepherds Bay houses over 3,000 residential units, with A-Tech Australia using a combined total of 80,000m² of glass and aluminium. The $2 billion project commenced in 2014 with Stage 1, while works still continue in 2020.
