The extrusion manufacturing facility is located in Orange, NSW and is 60,000m². It has the capability to manufacture up to 35 tonnes per day and supplies high-quality products with world-class resources at short lead times. A-Tech’s efficient manufacturing and nationwide delivery for a wide range of industries, including commercial and residential building and fabrication, allows them to become one of the leading companies in this industry. The manufacturing facility produces a range of geometric extrusions through a 2000 tonne press, aluminium sheets and plates. It is also a powder coating plant.

A-Tech is Australia’s largest manufacturer of aluminium extrusions and has an extensive network of added-value facilities designed to meet the needs of our customers. These facilities not only supply aluminium extrusions, but provide our customers with a more streamlined means to a final product, supported by experienced, trained staff.

The facility also contains a window testing laboratory for research and design testing. This allows the company to produce windows with excellent thermal performance, water-resistance and strength. The facility contains CNC machines which give us the capacity to produce and assemble custom-design windows and doors. It also functions like a foundry where castings are produced by melting recycled aluminium, pouring liquid aluminium into a mold, then allowing it to solidify. The ability to manufacture castings also produces a secondary function – recyclability of aluminium.
