Iconic Surfers Paradise beachfront tower, Ocean, comprises 76 storeys of luxury residences, a five-star hotel, a shopping and dining precinct and world-class facilities. Bringing life to a new era in modern living, the tower is the highest of its kind, offering uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast skyline. The impressive residential tower is perfectly positioned in the heart of Gold Coast, home to 258 residential units and 448 serviced residential units. Working alongside client, Meriton Group, our scope of work included the source, supply and installation of a combined total of over 43,000m² of glass and aluminium.

Valued at over $200 million, the successful collaboration amongst Meriton, SJB Architect and our team has been an essential component of providing Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast with an elegant edifice of such beauty and iconicism.
