New Life, Bondi Junction

Description

Welcome to New Life, Bondi Junction – luxury apartments with city views in one of Sydney’s most iconic beachside regions. The boutique luxury residences in the Eastern Suburbs include 62 residential units and were developed by Parkview of a 6 month timeframe at an estimated $33 million project value.

A-Tech Australia brought their expertise to the table by using a combination of glass and aluminium that equalled a total of 1,556m². We delivered efficient solutions that made strong use of natural lighting, ventilation and protection against environmental conditions. With a mix of louvre and awning windows, the end result proved durability, sustainability and a striking exterior.
